At Royal Bijoux, we strive to produce the highest quality pieces possible. Please inspect your item carefully immediately upon delivery.  At our discretion, we will make reasonable repairs on items purchased within 7-14 days of the delivery date. For repair inquiries, please email RoyalBijoux20@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES: All Sales Final - No Returns. Due to the custom nature of handmade items and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final. No returns or refunds.

DEFECTS/DAMAGES: If your item arrives damaged or has a craftsmanship defect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll repair, and or replace at our discretion.

CUSTOMIZED ORDERS: Starting price is $100. Custom / Collection Jewels are made to order. Due to high demand custom orders will take an estimated  2-4 weeks from the payment date or following business day to be handcrafted & delivered.

ANIME COLLECTION JEWELS: Sets come with a complementary anime themed stickers & other handcrafted freebies. Collection Jewels are made to order. Due to high demand our process time is up to 2-4 weeks.

SHIPPING All orders are shipped through FedEx with 3-5 business days. Once jewels are shipped you will be provided a tracking number. If your order is delayed for any reason please check your tracking number first. If you’re still having issues feel free to contact us by email.
